Travel Information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Customs. Get notifications immediately when the travel advice for your favorite country changes.

With the app, you can:

• View the current travel advice
• Check what you can or cannot bring in your luggage. The app provides information about the rules regarding medications, money, food, drinks, tobacco, animals, plants, amounts over €10,000, or expensive products. Different rules apply within the EU compared to outside of the EU.
• Read about what to do in emergencies such as hospital admission, death, arrest, etc. You will also have immediate access to the contact details of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in The Hague.
• Convert currency, volume, and weight into euros and common units in the Netherlands (such as kg and liter).
• Keep purchase receipts of high-value items (> €430) that you take with you on your trip. This way, you can show that you purchased these items before traveling and avoid any inconvenience upon returning to the Netherlands.
• Find the representation (Dutch embassies, consulates-general, honorary consulates) in a country.

Make a country your favorite so that:

• You automatically receive a push notification when the travel advice for that country is updated. This way, you will always be aware of the current safety situation abroad.
• You can also access all travel information offline. However, an internet connection is required to update to the latest travel information.
